COATED WITH TSD -Thermal Coating Heat Dissipation
What is TSD Boron Nitride
TSD Boron Nitride Thermal Coating is the most valuable coating on the market and can be applied onto virtually any surfaces/material that can benefit better thermal management.
Heat is the biggest enemy of your car when it comes to performance. This is especially true for cars with forced induction (turbo or super charged). As air is compressed it becomes hot, and hot air is less dense meaning less oxygen.
With less oxygen the engine is not able to generate as much power as it would if the air temperature is cooler. This is where TSB BN Thermal coating comes into play. TSD BN Thermal Coating is a revolutionary thermal efficiency coating that helps to improve heat exchange efficiency. Where TSD BN is applied, it will help to reduce the internal temperature by 5% to 20% depending on the thermal conductivity of the surface. This product is different from a thermal barrier coating as the purpose of this product is HEAT DISSIPATION. Internal heat is conducted and dissipated to the outside environment temperature. This is a similiar principle to how a radiator, intercooler or heat exchanger works.
Key Characteristics
* Note that the amount of temperature reduction would depend on factors such as air circulation, thermal conductivy of the surface.
Coolers greatly benefit with TSD Boron Nitride thermal coating. The coated surface formed a unique layer of BN plates as you can clearly see from the bottom illustration. The fins on fins easily increase over 50% of air-to-surface contact areas to expose to cooler air flow.

Packaging is a 300ml Aerosol Can .
300ml will cover most vehicle radiators(sprayed front and back - left to right and right to left) or a Skyline GTR size intercooler (sprayed front and back - left to right and right to left). It would depend on the spraying technique. The reason to spray both directions (left to right and right to left) is to apply the product on both side of the fins.
This product has been featured on the popular Japanese Tunning Magazine Option2.
Note: that there are a few products out there which claims to be a heat dissipation product such as brake paint however one would need to look at their ingredients and their product formulation. There have been also instances whereby a product is used for mold release which uses boron nitride and the the claim is that the product provides heat dissipation as well, however because the formulation is for mold release, the heat dissipation ability if you did spray the 'mold release' would be very little. The 'mold release spray' washes off as well. mold release formulation products are normally sold around the $50 mark.TSD is also different from your $10 spray paint can.
TSD is unique and is a special purpose formulated product which is HEAT DISSIPATION.
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS A BAND AID SOLUTION WITH YOUR HEAT EXCHANGER. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH COOLING SYSTEMS, FIX UNDERLYING CAUSE 1ST.

ALERT FOR COUNTERFEIT/FAKE COATING
NOTE:Refer to the Original packaging from TSD that is white with corresponding markings that are either RED or BLUE that identify the grade of coating. The FAKE coating will peel off or rub off easily. The genuine product will bond with the surface and resist peeling. The FAKE coating also does NOT provide any thermal management properties.
